1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the NexusFuture website, client portal, or software internship engine, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Agency Service Bookings
All enterprise project engagements, milestones, and deliverables are subject to individual Statement of Work (SOW) agreements signed between NexusFuture and the client.
3. Internship Program & Certificates
Internship applicants must adhere to code conduct standards. Verified certificates are issued exclusively upon satisfactory completion of assigned project modules and verification by administration.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All custom design assets, brand logos, and proprietary application frameworks associated with NexusFuture remain the intellectual property of NexusFuture unless explicitly transferred under contract.
