Nexus Future: Training Program Rules & Regulations

  1. The training fee is payable before the commencement of the training program.
  2. The training fee is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances, including withdrawal, absence, or failure to complete the program.
  3. The training program consists of 5 weeks of structured learning, practical assignments, and performance evaluation.
  4. Every trainee must maintain a minimum of 70% attendance throughout the training period.
  5. Trainees who fail to meet the minimum attendance requirement will be considered ineligible for any completion documents.
  6. Submission of all assigned daily tasks is mandatory.
  7. Submission of all weekly assignments/projects before the specified deadlines is mandatory.
  8. Trainees must actively participate in classes, practical sessions, and discussions.
  9. Professional behavior and respectful communication with trainers and fellow trainees are mandatory.
  10. Any misconduct, harassment, abusive behavior, dishonesty, or violation of institute policies may result in immediate removal from the program without any refund.
  11. An Internship Letter will only be issued after successful completion of the training program.
  12. To qualify for the Internship Letter, a trainee must:
    • Maintain at least 70% attendance.
    • Submit all required daily and weekly tasks.
    • Successfully complete the final evaluation/project.
    • Demonstrate satisfactory performance and professional conduct throughout the training.
  13. No Training Completion Certificate or Internship Letter shall be issued solely on the basis of fee payment or enrollment.
  14. Trainees who fail to meet the required attendance, assignment, evaluation, or conduct standards shall not receive any certificate, internship letter, or completion document.
  15. Requests, recommendations, personal references, or external pressure shall not override these requirements.
  16. All training materials, presentations, recordings, software, source code, and learning resources provided by Nexus Future remain the intellectual property of the institute and may not be copied, distributed, or sold without written permission.
  17. Nexus Future reserves the right to modify training schedules, instructors, learning materials, or assessment methods whenever necessary.
  18. Nexus Future reserves the right to suspend or terminate a trainee’s enrollment for violation of these rules.
  19. The decision of Nexus Future regarding attendance, assessments, eligibility, and issuance of certificates or internship letters shall be final.
